BATH provides a sanctuary for women to be encountered and transformed by the love of God and to re-discover their true worth and value.  Programming has been designed to change the course of  individual destinies and to see brokenness and despair transformed into wholeness and hope. Our core mission is to empower women to experience peace and receive vision for a new beginning! 

Oil of Joy is a continuation of the BATH program for those who want support to actively walk out their healing for an additional 1-2 years. This program invites women to start volunteering in the community, work at part time job or pursue educational goals while still attending therapeutic programming.

Purpose:
To provide a safe space for women voluntarily transitioning out of human trafficking, the sex trade and addiction into a stable lifestyle, working alongside already existing long term community programs.

Program Description:
Christ-centred residences for women aged 16 years and up, exiting human trafficking, the sex trade and addiction.  A variety of programs and workshops will be offered to the women with a focus on rest and restoration.  Each woman will be respected, cared for and given opportunity to discover her true worth and value. 
A minimum of 3 months commitment required.

Program Objectives:
-to release healing into spirit, soul and body
-to maintain a safe and peaceful environment
-to identify and care for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs
-to promote a positive self-image
-to promote healthy coping strategies
-to identify and restore meaningful relationships
-to set individualized goals and strategies for successful living
-to connect with appropriate resources for housing, education, counselling,  spiritual support, medical and legal issues, friendship and employment

How to Help

You can partner with us and help fund the Beauty for Ashes Transformation House!

i) Give a one time monetary donation or become a monthly partner.

ii) Donate items - we are currently in need of:

1. Dried, non-perishable food items and canned foods for the resident’s pantry

2. Gift certificates (i.e. Walmart, Costco, grocery stores, gas)

Encourage your church, cell group, family and friends to donate.  This is also a great way to bring awareness about human sex trafficking and the sex trade.  

In order to maintain the privacy of the women, the general public is not permitted to work directly with the women while they are residents of Beauty for Ashes Transformation House.  If you are interested in working with the women, please fill out the volunteer application.
